I have just received the 100 desk sets that I ordered through your company and am extremely pleased with the product that you have provided.

These desk sets are going to be used as gifts to participants and special guests at the various conventions and conferences that my union (Canada Employment and Immigration Union) holds during the year.  They are of excellent quality and the inscription work that we requested for them is perfect.  These will truly be something that we will be proud to present from our organization.

I would also like to thank you and your colleague Craig for the assistance you both provided to me during the design process.  As you know, I am blind and therefore the designing was somewhat challenging for me.  The extra effort that you put into this process to accommodate my specific needs was greatly appreciated and key to the end result, a very fine, classy product.
