What is a rush order?

We consider a rush order any deadline that is 7 BUSINESS DAYS OR SOONER. Business days to not include weekends.Most products take 2-3 weeks to arrive using ground freight. We are a distributor so therefore we do not have any product in inventory and source from thousands of suppliers all over North America and Asia. After nearly 10 years in business, we consider ourselves experts at rush orders.

The keys to success for rush orders

Flexibility - chances are you'll have to accept a one color imprint  for really quick turn around. Some exceptions to this rule are tattoos and stickers. Also, your product might not be in stock so be prepared to accept alternatives or even non-imprinted goods. Don't go and sell your boss or client on a product before checking with us.

Let us pick the product and supplier - We only trust a handful of suppliers when it comes to rush orders and use them over and over again because they are up to the challenge. Please call us rather than spending time sourcing product online. It is our job to help you find the right product, from the right supplier for your needs.

Art – Art is the #1 reason we have issues with rush orders. Our industry uses file formats like .ai, .eps or vector pdf. If you don't have these formats at your fingertips, contact your graphic designer, printer or web master immediately. You can't "convert" your art to vector art. It has to start as vector art. WE CAN NOT USE JPG’s to imprint most promotional products. They can be re-drawn in a pinch. If your art contains gradients or is complicated, we might have to do a text only imprint.

Honesty - Please do not pad the deadline. You might feel more comfortable having your box of pens sitting in your office for two days before your event but please, be fair. People do their best work when they are not stressed out. Sometimes we have to deliver on the same day as your event so be prepared for that. We don't take on an order unless we are confident of success.
