Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What Are The Different Types Of Lapel Pins?
Answer:

We offer over 5 different ways to manufacture a custom pin. The process you select has a direct influence on price.  Almost all our pins, except print, are die struck. In other words, stamping pins out of metal.  From there you have a bunch of choices to make but usually your art will decide for you. We can look at a design and suggest the best option. Or you can read our detailed article that reviews all the ways we can manufacture lapel pins.

Q: Can I Order Enamel Pins, No Minimum?
Answer:

Our minimum order quantity is 50pc.  Despite our "all inclusive" pricing model, be aware that $1.50 of every pin is service charges for ordering less than 100pc.  If you want to see an infographic that breaks down the hidden costs, read this article.

Q: How Long Does My Order Take?
Answer:

Most orders require 3 weeks to manufacture and ship. It's not unusual for orders to ship sooner.

Q: Where Are You Located
Answer:

We are located in British Columbia's Interior in a town called 100 Mile House. We do not manufacture anything in house and drop ship product from all over the world to your location.

Q: Are You An Enamel Pin Manufacturer?
Answer:

Our family started a factory in 1971 and closed it in 2002. At that time we began importing. This is due to the high labour and materials costs in Canada and USA. You need very expensive equipment to make a go of a factory and only China can offer that these days.  We've used the same enamel pin manufacturer for 15 years. In the past decade we've see nearly every factory we used to compete against, shut down and adopt this business model. It's to the point where we can't even refer you to an actual North American factory any more.
