Printed Lapel Pins

The above pricing will serve as a "ball park price" for most
customers. Pricing subject to change upon submission of art. If your pin is a
different size than shown here please call us or fill out a form on the right
for a quote.
Flexibility
The printed pin process offers the customer a great deal of flexibility.
With the die struck metal pins, there are a lot of limitations on what you can
and can't do with your pin design. With printed pins you can:
- Use photographs
- Print full color
- Make the pin smaller than metal pins
Printed pins are cheaper than Hard Enamel pins at the 3000pc level and
higher. So for projects where you need a lot of pins, this process might be a
great option for you.
Printed vs. Die
Struck
Printed pins, as the name suggests are made by printing your design on a
piece of paper and mounting it to a metal back. The design is then covered with
a clear epoxy dome.
Die struck pins are stamped from metal and require approximately 8 more
steps in the manufacturing process.
