Cast Medals - World Class!

Cast medals are used for more prestigious events that require a thicker base medal. Our cast medals have a higher perceived value and are priced between $6.00-$8.00 on an average 200pc order

• Better suited for medals 2.75-4” wide
• Used mostly for national and international competitions where the medal has to live up to the athletes achievement.

The coin below commemorates a historic explosion that took place in Campbell River, BC in 1958. Created by the Campbell River Museum in 2007, this is a coin we are paticularily proud of. And it has a great story!  One of the largest post war explosions in the world took place because they had to clear a shipping lane off the coast of Vancouver Island. Read more about it here. This coin was commissioned by the Integrated Security Unit for the Vancouver Whistler 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games. We were quite honored to have been selected as the supplier for this item.
