Guidelines for Gifting

You don’t need to show up with bag full of stuff to give away every time someone gives you a drink at a festival. Its all about your attitude and the manner in which you conduct yourself. Your participation and your smile are two of the biggest gifts you can give.
Some gifts like stickers and tattoos (with removable backs) can create waste. Consider purchasing useful items such as bottle openers, lighters, sunscreen etc. If you do purchase these items, ask people to dispose of the waste responsibly or take care of it yourself
Try to purchase what you are going to use. After 13 trips to the festival between us, we can guide you on the right quantities to purchase.

Most orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive. The creative process can sometimes take another two weeks or if you are part of a big group, it might take a couple months to reach consensus on the right gifts. Orders with shorter timelines are most welcome and we are experts at rush orders. Please be advised that we do not manufacture anything. We distribute for thousands of manufacturers.

The Process

Inquiry: Once you inquire we will get back to you within one business day

Product Selection: You can use our online catalog to generate ideas or you can call us and we will find the perfect product from the right supplier. We have suppliers all over the US and Canada.

Quoting: once we work out your needs we provide a formal quote that includes product costs, set up fees, art charges and shipping costs.

Art: We produce a mock up of your item and then you are required to submit your approval of this art before we order anything.

Invoice: Once the art is approved we will send you an invoice. We ask that all orders under $1000 are paid up front with a credit card in the currency of your choice.
