The 411 on Mugs
- There are two grades of ceramics that our industry uses. We order only the top quality levels and leave the "2nds" alone.
- Shipping can be very expensive for this product. For this reason we use ETS Express often because they include shipping and import fees. This is by far, the best arrangement we've found for our customers. And this is also why you see Vancouver and Toronto pricing. If you live outside of these areas, there might be a small shipping fee FOB Vanouver or Toronto
- Ceramics are imprinted one color at a time. Imprinting more than one color gets "spendy".
- Our shippers won't insure ceramic products. For this reason our suppliers often charge for protective packaging. Its usually around $3-5 per case and it ensures that your cups arrive in one piece. If there is breakage we can usually work something out with you.
